What Went Wrong: Countdown to Catastrophe

Normally I like this genre of documentary, and this looked promising. To be fair the series does cover events that similar programs have missed, and it does offer reasonably in depth reviews of incidents. But the translation is utterly migrain inducing. I'm watching an episode regarding an event in Germany, and the translation sounds like it was first translated into Japanese, and then into English. The result is a jumble of diction and word choice entirely foreign to both the German and English languages. I'm not sure if this is just a sloppy recycling, or cheap AI with no copy editing. But it's jarring and detracts from the program horribly.
