The assassination an Argentina 's candidate for President candidate force his Vice (a famous Pastor ) to take his place; but there are lots of obscure and political interests within everybody involved or related.

This Argentina Netflix production has very good production values and a very interesting group of actors.

Diego Peretti excels as the conflicted Pastor and Mercedez Moran as his possessive controlling wife. Joaquin Furriel is frightening as the person behind the curtains. The rest of the cast. Plays their parts quite realistically too.

Some pacing issues are perhaps the bigger problem; most of them monologues for Peretti to shine which he does. I hope the second season comes fast.

It is very hard to write an objetive opinion considering the plot, but I will try.

This show was increidible well produced: superb cast, very well filmed, and even the script. If you could judge the show on that basis, it is top material. Now... the story is way too stereotyped and does not reflect, AT ALL, the political reality of the country, or even the political partys the show is representing. It is a too obvious propaganda, a very flat way to represent the political complexity of religion and politics. Too simplistic, too exagereted and clearly the story was tell in a way to be satifying to a very narrow-minded audience. Sometimes even I found myself, being pollitically against those religious-pollitical movements, stunished because of the incredible bias included in the story. A very old fashioned way to represent "evil". Once again, it is very easy to watch which is something not good at all in a political show, which I think should raise a few questions in our minds. This is just a show to justify tje political believes of some.

This series blew me & my family away. Showing us how the corruption is real and how high official only care about the money only. No the well being of anyone. The tale was super thrilling, for of intrigues & scandals involving an Angelical church that a false Christian family runs. These people & corrupted others would do anything to cover up their shame and to keep having money flowing in their pockets.

There must be a second season of this series. There are so many unanswered questions in this ending. So, it gets it well deserved top ten stars.

The story does not reflect the reality of Argentina's politics, not it should, it is a fictional story that puts forward an fascinating hypothesis: do televangelists manipulate audiences the way (some) politicians do? Do politicians appeal to their audiences emotional side the way spiritual leaders do? The answer to both questions may be: YES.

Impeccable acting and polished cinematography and production.

Great actors and very hard to stop watching all the episodes in a row.
