    missing basic facts

It's logical to think of seed-based nutrition as a healthy choice, considering seeds appear to have the most nutrition out of all plant foods, and of course it makes sense to think that seeds have the energy for life. However just like everyone, you cannot come to the correct conclusion when missing basic facts.

The problem here is, that this way of eating fails to take into consideration evolution, anti-nutrients, toxins, the human digestive tract, and tribes around the world. ++

    1. Evolution

What have humans always eaten through out evolution generation after generation? Is eating this way natural? As in... is the human body designed to eat this way? All animals in nature are designed to follow a specific diet. It may vary but the basic principles are the same. This is why we have herbivorous animals and carnivorous animals.

Humans probably ate some amount of seeds in the past, but did humans follow a seed-based eating plan for millions of years in nature? Ofc not, there wasn't enough seeds to be based on, and if humans used to eat this way, then everywhere would be filled with nut trees and fruit trees and plants. Additionally most nuts and fruits are man-made since humans begun creating new varieties 10-15K years ago. So how could humans be following a seed based diet, when almost all seeds are provably man-made? For example wild almonds are bitter (aka: toxic) and you cant even eat something like this.

    2. ALL seeds have anti-nutrients. Ofc it seems great when you look up some data on seeds and notice they are packed with vitamins and minerals, but you fail to take into consideration that it's a dried food (giving the illusion that it has much more nutrients compared to other foods than it really has), and just because a plant-food has xyz amount of nutrients, it does NOT mean humans can absorb/digest it. You're not what you eat... You're what you digest. If you look at patients with ostomy bags, you'll find out that the foods which come out undigested are often nuts/corn/beans/oats etc. Never meat. You can ask any ostomy nurse.

    3. ALL seeds have toxic defend chemicals. Guess what.. seeds are the babies of plants, and the last thing the plant wants is for you to eat it's babies. Yes the plant wants animals to consume the seed, but not damage it or digest it. This is why seeds are always protected by strong shells or fruit. Animals are supposed to eat whole the entire thing, instead of consciously removing the shells/etc. Hence the plants evolved to have seeds which are toxic, since those are the only ones which survived being eaten by animals. So as you can see after millions of years we see trees which have seeds which are highly toxic and are protected by strong shells. I can list many of these toxic chemicals we know about.

    4. Humans have a hyper-carnivorous digestive tract. Firstly digestion begins in the mouth.. we have all cutting teeth, we have 95% putrefactive bacteria in saliva fluid and small intestine. Putrefactive bacteria are all about the digestion of animal foods such as meat/blood/seafood/dairy/eggs. We have stomach acid similar to cats and dogs, and our small intestine continues to be acidic better than cats and dogs. We have receptors for heme-iron in the.gut which is only found in animal foods. Herbivores have 60 thousand times the enzymes to break down cellulose than we do. They have 2-4 stomachs up to 10 compartments. (we have 1 stomach 2 compartments).. Herbivores rechew 4-7 times their food. Most importantly we have the longest small intestine and shortest/smallest colon than all primates, and the largest brain. The small intestine is basically only designed for the digestion of animal foods, because 90% of digestion is bacterial, and we have 95% putrefactive bacteria. The evidence speaks for itself. We are not efficient plant-eaters.

    5. Tribes around the world 100+ years ago, as recorded by Weston A Price... all followed an animal based diet.. Not a seed-based diet. Additionally fossil records show that humans were highly carnivorous.

    6. You can look it up, animal foods have every nutrient we need (bcs we are literally made out of animal meat) And animal foods have significantly higher amounts of nutrients compared to any seed or plants. And yes.. the best source of vitamin C on the planet is the adrenal glands of animals.

I should note that plants are missing 50+ nutrients only found in animal foods.

All of this vital information was ignored in this video for whatever reason.
