A decent story for family especially for children . Everything is good but the English dialog has ruined everything . If they don't use dialogue in english then It would be great.

Good Movie. Everyone must watch this movie to support bangla movie... It's a historical movie with political sarcasm.......... This type of movie didn't create in bangla. So we support this movie.

This flim picturises evil and weak as people in orange (saffron) and conscientious people in red and green attires. Rest is upto you to decide.

About the plot, the poor picturisation of Amar Chitra Katha story of Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja lacks dynamics and grandeur of kingdom and royal family. Induction of the voice of Suman Chatterjee alias Kabir Suman in classical music is an injustice to great vocal artists of Bengal.

If your children are not familiar with modern fiction but want to see a contemporary movie and you are not familiar with the films of Satyajit Ray, you can watch it. I have not done such a waste of time in recent times.

First of all, I'll recommend this movie to watch with your family. It had a childish flavour, so children will definitely enjoy it but also will not understand many things. You may find some negative points if you watch it alone. But as it was promoted as a children's film, these can be ignored.

Acting wise everyone did their job nicely, I liked Kharaj Mukherjee as Gobu Chandra the most. The dialogues were rhythmic just like we've seen in 'Hirak Rajar Deshe'. Songs were not memorable except 'Bombagorer Golpo', but those were depicting the situation of the story, which was looking good. Finally, it's very rare to see this kind of film, so I think you should definitely watch this but only with your family.
