... anyone cooks well enough, realizes the totally last place you want to be a chef is on this kinda one-two-three day charter-super.yacht... it's utter nonsense-bs... the entire charter major tip payday resting mainly on your talents-shoulders, and this-chief-stew & likes of an arrogant-clueless-"commander" forcing both their wills down your throat is utter-claptrap
... there's one episode remaining... she should tough it out, getting her-tip-share.. then pack her bags and on her way off the boat tell both of them to GFT... and as for all the arrogant 'clients' feelin they can just do-demand whatever-they-desire, should also get a between-the-lines-salute
... now that the season is over... the whole chef-drama at the end was just such blatant-nonsense... on whose part, only the producers know... of course, Norway is gorgeous... this series, as many viewers have mentioned is the weakest after first season than any other franchise-productions.

This is the worst crew in below deck history. Faye and a nasty whining chief stew who deliberately demoted her 2nd stew before she'd even done anything wrong and has a horrendous voice. Kyle deserves to be in prison the nasty piece of work his attitude towards others is disgraceful. Interior and Chef couldn't manage anything without constantly asking the deck crew. The only likable people were Oriana, Captain and Nathan. There is nothing to keep you gripped or engaged. The other seasons the crew seems like they mostly get along and you learn their stories and remember their names when chatting about the episodes this season it's not the same it's like bravo got all the rejects that have not been successful in getting on below deck and piled them into this episode.
So, I don't like slating shows of which I love but;
This programme is so overly/heavily produced that it becomes so obnoxiously obvious. You can see the way they plan and play out scenarios for the "coming up" scenes. Chef burning her hand/Kyle kissing the stew etc (I'm only 3 episodes in).
But it's just sad that the they have to produce such trivial cr*p. I enjoy below deck for what it is. But this is something else.
Please don't do to this what housewives did to their brand. Let it be natural.
Then you would get more viewers.
P. S. I'm still typing as I need to require a certain limit of characters but I just wanted to worn others about this tripe.

It looked like it would be a good series with good staff but another disappointed series.
The chef was another full of shi... chef that lack some education. Why they think that they're above all and everything in the yacht industry?!
Again chief stew and bosun failing miserably in their functions and they never are at fault. The stewards are always a bunch of incompetency all around. People should be fired on the spot because they never learn from 1st mistakes at all.
Norway is a very beautiful place to have a Below Deck series.
Look forward for more with better staff but with the same captain and mainly with a better yacht.

Pros: beautiful location, fun excursions for guests.
Cons: terrible crew group ruined the show.
I am very disappointed to watch this after I have been such a fan of the Below Deck franchise up to now. It was an outright terrible job done by the casting/crewing team; they could not have picked a more negative, uncharismatic bunch of people for what should have been an entertaining show. There have been far more adventurous members of crew on plenty of past seasons of Below Deck. There were hardly any crew nights out which maybe highlighted how boring the crew were and reduced the likelihood of true bonding of crew (and entertainment). The main redeeming factor is of course the beautiful location, and the new adventure experiences were a fresh addition to the show. I would be keen to see another adventure season if they can up their game in better casting/crewing.
