The show is shot with an iPhone XR and iPhone 11 using Moment Lenses. Show is edited on an iPad. Concept and name influenced by the music or Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole. Writer's favorite influences on the show is Eddie Murphy's Boomerang (1992), The Best Man (1999) and Brown Sugar (2002). Show was in development for three years. The Very Thought of You is the first project for Focal Beam Entertainment LLC.
