Dongri Danger

The whole set was so hilarious. I laughed so much after a long because of this show. I'm already waiting for her next stand-up special. After watching her special I start googling about & I found out about her on YouTube and OMG the stuff I found is so humorous. I binge-watch her all videos & if I want to put in simple I feel happy.

I love Sumaira's Work and have been following her for quite a while. Was really excited to watch the standup special as a lot of hype was created by many comedians on Instagram. Watched it and felt betrayed. I didn't even laugh for a single joke. All the incidents she narrated in the standup were fairly common and easily noticeable in everyday life. Other comics gratify and create jokes around the daily things which we don't ever pay attention to or notice. Didn't laugh even a single time, 6-7 times the jokes were funny only to an extent that they made me smile a little. Maybe the jokes could've been funny if properly delivered. All the jokes were forced and felt pity for the audience sitting live in front of her. Also, there was no voice modulation, the whole show was monotonous and felt like a song stuck on repeat. Like WTF, i just want to skip to the next song, but the next song is the same one. Also, the narration was so bad that i didn't even know when she moved from one setup to another. Also, the way she was talking was so annoying that i couldn't even listed to the whole standup, still watched for 47 minutes.

I think as a society women are expected to be a certain type, polite, cute, girly. Our job as a society is to break such biases and don't judge someone for being different. The content for this video as described in the show description is dark and comic. It is meant to make you uncomfortable. I think people are seriously ignorant to come here and give negative reviews, without even reading the description of the video. And if you are that ignorant, then I seriously doubt your emotional maturity to be able to even feel the humor in this dark show. Hence the title of this review and hence the title of the video.

Can't fathom why Sumaira is so angry and yelling on top of her voice all the time. She has no sense of comic timing nor ability to deliver her 'jokes'. All she does is rant with high decible screaming voice.

She did good... Can do better!

Comic timing needs to be better... Stories need to be better... Overall , of all the prime standups i have seen, will have to put her in the bottom.... Hope next one is much better...
