Secret Crush on You

This series... What can I say but when I want a romantic comedy. It's my go to. I think I have watched it four times and still catching moments I miss. The characters chemistry is so amazing. I appreciate the adult representation in this series for mature adults. I glad that the episodes are longer than thirty minutes. And there are enough episodes to read tell the characters story. I literally watch the complete series every time. And I prefer happy endings because the world is so crazy now that it's good to get lost in a feel good story. I recommend watching it at least twice because it's my fourth time watching it and I discovered more deeper emotions between the characters. I can say I will probably watch this multiple times until it stops airing on VIKI...

The main lead is absolutely cringy, is hard to keep his dullness and cringy besides that Tho acts weird towards Nuea like a stalker almost a sasaeng, that's scary.

Shows almost a Stockholm syndrome, where Nuea falls in love with Toh this became the worse cringe i couldn't finish the serie well...it took me a while

I would have removed Tho and leave Nuea pairing with someone else to give it an interesting plot, the kisses between Tho and Nuea were really awkard like they were just kissing per request, no chemistry no connection no feeling nothing nada.

That pair was not meant to be.

The only good thing about this series is Becky , the series is so cringe . The director is nasty and what the hell is the reason for such bullsht scenes . The company is too cringe lol cast better lead those boys just isnt ripe enough to do this . You better do your job as a company .

You guys sucks no one should watch this so cringe . Like an adult trying to understand kids by trying to show everyone that they know everything when in reality they dont.

Definitely uber cringe from the start. It's so cringe it can ruin the experience to lot of people that are approaching it from the beginning. For me it was painful to watch, it's like it was glamorizing a very deep mental disturb and stalking behavior. But further on in the series if you will give it a chance there s much more material and interesting character. Be prepared also the second most important couple is beyond cringe so you must be patient..but overall i kinda liked it, the leads and supporting characters are likeable enough and also i was surprised to have seen taken in context issues such as body shaming, internet trolling, bullying, gender identity, family acceptance and all. Just for the effort it was a fun ride for a boring summer..lot of better shows out there but also worse.

Secret Crush on You is definitely an unconventional series, mixing over-the-top cringey moments with heartwarming, adorable scenes. It might not be one of those polished, traditional love stories with a few funny scenes in between, but it's the most non-toxic series out there so far. The main characters, especially Toh, are overly cringey and verge on being a creepy, stalker-like person. However, the story focuses on Toh's growth and his genuine affection for Nuea, he is presented in a humorous and exaggerated way, which can soften the impact, making his character charming in its own way. The secondary characters also add charm and humor, making the series feel light-hearted. So, while it may not be for everyone, Secret Crush on You shines for those who appreciate a different flavor of BL storytelling, something fun, awkward, and ultimately sweet.

Although I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who can't handle cringey moments or those who are new to the BL world, as a new BL fan at the time, I found it cute and funny despite some of the most rage-inducing cringey scenes. By the end, I definitely loved it.
