Five years ago, in a small town where nothing seems to happen, tragedy falls upon Deacon and his rebellious friends. Now, Deacon's unexpected return stirs up unresolved conflict with his obsessed ex-girlfriend, his bitter younger sister and his former best friends. While everyone around him seems to be in a downward spiral he meets Lydia, a talented yet lost artist much like himself. Just as their connection deepens and their hopes are restored, secrets begin to unfold and tragedy is soon revisited.
