Very easy to relate to. The movie flows very well. It keeps your attention as you go along. The plot is very believable, because it is something that actually happens in everyday life. The direction was very well put in place and flows like it should. The writer, director and actors did a very good job, and should be proud of what they have accomplished with this movie. As I said before, it is very easy to relate to the struggles of family members dealing with a family crisis. Just how fragile everything can be. Looking forward to seeing what else the writer puts out. It is half as good as this. Everyone is in for a treat.

The Cookbook is an excellent movie that gets you interested immediately. It is refreshing to see a story that tugs at your heart. The actors and actresses were very believable and their roles really seemed to mesh very well together. It was easy to understand what was being said. Very clear and meaningful dialogue made the drama develop smoothly. The writer has much insight into the emotions and feelings of family struggles, expectations, devotion to family and the true meaning of love for family. For a short film it was powerful in its message of the importance of ones decisions. The Cookbook might bring you to tears and make you think about your own life. It truly is a wonderful story that everyone should watch. You won't be disappointed.

This short movie was a heartwarming story about a close family - it shows us that caring, consideration and love of family are not lost - the message about what is truly important and what is to be cherished is meaningful and beautiful - superb writing, acting, and directing. - One never tires of watching it - I especially enjoyed the musical background and the authenticity of the storyline - it is easy to see why this short movie has received so much well deserved recognition - I am anxious to see more work from this talented, and artistic team - Congratulations and the best of luck in all future endeavors.

This movie was fantastic and hits home. Food brings people together and makes a family stronger. This movie brings out all your emotions. Great writing great acting and overall a great story line . I can watch this movie over and over and not get bored. Highly recommend watching it . Wish this was a full length movie but it's a stepping stone to bigger things congrats on all the awards so far and best of luck on the future. Look forward to the cook book 2 or the prequel would be cool as well . Overall A++ movie . Please let me know what is next would love to follow the next movie . Go out and see this MOVIE.
