Love Triangle (AU)

I wish I could rate this lower, but 1 star is the lowest you will let me go.

This show is complete garbage. It pretends to be about meeting and falling in love with someone not based on looks, yet all the people on this show are conventionally attractive and as such, not a realistic representation of real people. I've seen some really crappy reality tv shows, but this one is right up there with the worst I've ever had the misfortune to suffer through. Why anyone would actually want to watch this is beyond me, I forced myself to watch a whole episode (I'm a glutton for punishment) and that's time I'm never getting back. My advice is to give this one a miss.

The camera filming quality was so bad it was hard to watch, not sure when Stan Australia let their standard of quality drop so low.

One episode I would say there was more out of focus than in.

It's a real shame to see this happening, I presume it's budget / money Story line is very similar to MAFs.

Sometimes I wonder what makes someone want to go on a show like this, when it only highlights how shallow they are, one guy is so full of himself and gas a over inflated ego it's not even funny.

And he wonders why he can't find someone !

Then there is a lady who sleeps with them on the first night and wonders why they don't stick around ( why buy milk when you can milk the cow ) But there are some nice down to earth couples too.

Stan sort your film quality out please.

Let's be honest Stan/Channel 9. You are not really here to conduct a social experiment to see how successful couples can be if they set aside superficial expectations and split-second judgment, and choose each other based on how well they connected through text messages and phone calls. If you did, we would not have ended up with these contestants, who are ostensibly selected purely based on their respective insecurities and potential for drama-making.

It is almost as if they have an unscrupulous and immoral psychologist working for them to form the trios in each triangle for the worst clashes of personalities. Is it any wonder why these people are single and on this program? We have a woman who grew up with a gambling addict father, a man with self-image issues, a woman with insecurities about her race, a man who is clearly overcompensating with his looks, a woman who has sociopathic and stalking tendencies, the list goes on. These people need to be in therapy so that they can be mentally healthier people capable of a relationship, not in this program which only exploits their vulnerabilities for profit.
