As someone who isn't well-versed in drag racing or the car culture, I wasn't sure what to expect going in-but by the end, I was hooked. The story centers around family, passion, and the emotional weight of loss, all wrapped in high-speed race scenes that keep you on edge.

The relationships, especially between the two brothers and their father, are what really drive the story forward. There's a rawness to the performances that pulls you in from the start, making you care about their struggles, hopes, and dreams. Anthony Natoli, who not only directed but also starred in the film, did a fantastic job of capturing both the intensity of racing and the quieter, more intimate family moments.

The Northeast setting is captured beautifully, adding a layer of nostalgia that made the story even more relatable. And don't get me started on the soundtrack-it enhances every scene, connecting the audience to the characters on an emotional level.

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday dives right into the drag race scene, explaining rules the average person might not know (which were cleverly and concisely presented). We are introduced to two brothers who must overcome the race of life in order to succeed. Tough times have forged them into winners both on and off the track. Viewers can easily relate to these characters, finding parallels in the support of friendships and family that help them triumph over hardships. The nostalgic setting of the past is also comfortably familiar.

On another note, it's impressive to know this was filmed entirely on a cellular device. Cheers to the director, Mr. Natoli, for the creativity and perseverance it must have taken.

When I attended the screening of Sunday Sunday Sunday, I truly had no idea what to expect. All I knew is that it was a film about racing filmed on an iPhone. What I got was a wonderful surprise. Whatever it lacked in budget and production value, it more than made up for it with heart.

I laughed, I cried, I learned, and ultimately, I cheered for the beat-up Dodge Dart that could. First time filmmaker Anthony Natoli, wrote, Directed and starred and even wrote the score for this labor of love.

Quite the quadruple undertaking and talent. Whether you are a racing fan or not the movie delivers real life people in real situations that touch the heart. Sunday Sunday Sunday takes off at the Green, picks up speed and roars to the Finish Line, A Winner!!!!

Any time a movie can me to both laugh AND cry, I can't help but fall in love with it! As someone who has no prior knowledge or personal connection to drag racing or the car world in general, it was still completely relatable and very easy to feel a connected to the characters - especially the brothers. The soundtrack definitely also added another layer to each scene, so much feeling.

Not to mention comedian genius Joe Pontillo making a cameo!!

If you like a little suspenseful feeling (race scenes), a little love story, a little family drama, a lot of heart, you'll love this movie too.
