I waited all night to see j-hope perform and he did not disappoint! He sounded incredible rapping and singing live like he always does. I'm amazed how he and the dancers were able to perform in the cold, pouring rain. Loved ringing in the new year with Hobi! He brings hope and happiness everywhere he goes. Liza was a great interviewer too, there's a great viral moment when she interviews him lol. I appreciated how Ryan and the whole staff were really respectful. My only complaint is that the nyre security and staff on the ground were ill informed. Thousands of j-hope fans/army arrived early to get good viewing spots or seats and they were re-directed several times to different (not good) security pens and didn't get to see him up close. Otherwise, it was a good time had by those who were randomly lucky to see him upclose or on the time square screens. Let's hope he's back for the 2025 or 2026 show :)
