Excellent story written by Sahana. 10/10 for her. Except the overacting of Vikram Chatterjee (Satyaki), all the cast played superbly. Any actor could have done better than him. Don't know why he miserably failed in acting as a patient. The story is captivating through out all the episodes. Each end of the episode makes you to watch the next, which is the definition of a perfect webseries. It is pleasant to watch that the director did not forcefully drag it to a second season, which could kill the story. The thrill is very dark and binds the viewers till the end. Zee5 is hunting for great stories. Happy Hunting Zee5.

It is then up to our protagonist who is dealing with his own demons and ostracised by people to get to the bottom of things and solve the mystery.

A dark psychological thriller with a suprise ending. Raima Sen, Bikram Chatterjee have given brilliant performances. Unmissable!!!

The focus is on how the protagonist deciphers disjointed pieces of the jigsaw puzzle and finally provides a logical conclusion to the story.

If thrill and suspense are today's craze, the Bengali Psychological Suspense Thriller Rakatakarobi is certainly a perfect example of this. This is true that Tagore also wrote a drama in the same name. But this one is completely different. In fact, the writer of the Raktakarobi Web Series has displayed really exceptional talent as a dramatist and proved great craftsmanship in terms of making cinematic drama and to attain higher octave. A good storyline is always a base for any drama. But as far as Celluloid portrayal of the drama is concerned, only those can suceed who have distinct idea about light, camera, action and the beyond. The most important quality of the story or the narrative enacted is its realistic presentation keeping in view what can be more appealing for the people of a region. The theme of Raktakarobi reflects Bengal and Bengali sentiment in a befitting manner. The long Web Series sustains suspense althrough and keeps the audience hooked which makes it so appealing.

The theme is simple and the action is straight forward. It starts with the failure of a doctor here a psychriatist at the initial stage of his career which makes him completely demoralized. He then goes to the house of his aunt in a village for a break. The house holds several mysteries and full of intrigues. Back to back unnatural deaths take place using the poison of flower. The death of his cousin makes his widow insane and Raima Sen enacted the character with utmost perfection. The psychriatic fails to understand the intrigues happening around but the old man suffering from dymancia changes his perception. As he returns home, he begins to connect the missing dots what the old man stated which otherwise sounded incoherent so far. Things become clear and he gives next visit to that house and this time learns the bitter most lesson of his life.

Apart from Raima Sen, Vikram Chatterjee has made brilliant performance in the Lead role. Similarly, Laboni Sarkar is brilliant as always. Haridas Chatterjee has given one of his best performances in this Web Series as patient of dymancia. Really, a must watch Psychological Suspense Thriller.
