Avis à la une
Okay movie... fast work in early morning
Airforce life!!! Based on true stories and in the last it shows the actual photographes of all real heroes characters . And... All over a balance in cinema.
Good subject with good motive.
Go for it you you will enjoy.
It does lack a bit in a few things but that's okay.
Good movie to watch. Take to the side of Airforce life!!!
This is actually based on true stories and in the last it shows the actual photographes of all real heroes characters .
Go for it you you will enjoy.

A sincere film!! Must watch for the story 🙌
Sky Force is based on an incident that happened during India's first airstrike on Pakistan in 1965 that a very few people know, atleast I didn't.
Without a doubt, everyone should watch this film. Also, it's a sincere, to the point, no nonsense film. The story is about Veer Pahariya's character while Akshay Kumar is the group captain who investigates what happened with him.
The actors are all good, Akshay as the lead is superb, Sharad Kelkar also has an important part, Veer is decent, Nimrat is crisp, Sara is a little off.
The scenes of the airstrike and the drills have been shot really well. The songs are decent, nothing dramatic.
The only part that doesn't work for me are the emotional scenes. I didn't feel much connected, especially with Sara in them.
Overall, this is a real story that is worth knowing about. In a chaos of mass entertainers that solely depend on stars and spice, this film stands on its story and is a must watch!!

Proper film done
Movie starts with a good note. You will enjoy the screenplay. No distractions from the main story . Subtle song. Scenes were properly sequenced. No sugar coating done on the story to make it typical bollywood masala .
Situations present in the movie can be witnessed in history books and various edu videos which are self explained. Overall experience is very good.
Cinematography was up to the mark.. The frames are very well catchy . It was 2hrs mix bag of action emotions and thrill. Not a single dull moment in that. The film ended where it should.
I thought in my opinion they could have had shown the American inquiry over their star fighter failure. Which is indeed a great chapter in the Indian war history.

Not a fan of melodrama
Acting was too bland. Too much melodrama for an action movie. I do understand that it's a patriotic movie but they didn't need to underline it every two minutes with a patriotic dialogue. The commentary in the background made it sound like a documentary and that too not a very good one. I generally feel that Indian filmmakers add too much drama when making a patriotic movie. I personally am more of a fan of movies like Baby or Lakshya where the emphasis is more on the action part of patriotism rather than the speaking part. CGI was good at places though. I also liked the part where they showed real people pictures on whom the movie is based.
An Honest Flight, A Tacky Landing
Sky Force has the structure of a powerful, emotionally charged war drama, but it falters in its execution, making it a truly missed opportunity. 6.5/10
The core story - Akshay Kumar's commander fighting bureaucracy years later to honor his missing pilot's sacrifice - is genuinely compelling and refreshingly avoids the typical jingoism. I appreciated that this was a war film about duty and justice, not just fighting.
However, the film stumbles badly on two crucial fronts. First, the special effects, especially during the climactic air combat sequences, are often distractingly tacky. In the post-Top Gun: Maverick era, the low-budget feel of the plane visuals pulls you right out of the action, despite the well-choreographed dogfights.
Second, and more damagingly, the casting of the pivotal pilot 'Tabby' is a misfire. The character is written as the film's emotional heart, yet the debutant actor delivers a one-dimensional, expressionless performance that prevents any audience attachment. When the narrative calls for palpable anguish, the character offers a blank stare. This single performance flaw undercuts the entire emotional payoff of the second half.
An avoidable, early song also breaks the momentum before the war even begins. A solid effort, but a few critical, avoidable missteps keep this flight grounded.
