Yi nian guan shan

I've seen a few Chinese martial arts drama during covid. This is probably the only one I d like to recommend for the following reasons: 1. The story makes sense. Some people love fairy tales but not me. The drama is logically normal and the values it tries to express worth believing.

2. The director is a good story teller. He makes the whole thing comprehensive and smooth.

3. Great actors and beautiful actresses. Their performances are natural and convincing. I love the leading male actor and his fellows.

4. Great martial arts design and awesome scenes. They use very little fake scene. Ep8 is the best to see these amazing fights and real scene.

Finally, I like the comedy conversations happened in the drama, the fallen leave on Ning Yuanzhou's eye when he kisses Ren, the leading female actor.

My advice is to get some peanuts & beers before you start watching cause as long as you start, you don't want to stop .

Amazing series! This has been one of the best series that I have watched in terms of acting, writing, cinematography and strong characters, never a dull moment . The story and sound effects are very well blended. The actors and actresses in this series were amazing especially Liu Yu Ning and He Lan Dou. The synchronized and individual martial arts are mesmerizing and beautifully executed. Characters and character development was very satisfying.

Acting was superb! From the subtle details such as a twitch of a facial muscle and lip movement, to the cracked voice in emotional scenes. Everyone had their moments. I have never felt so much emotions while watching a drama before and I'm glad for such a beautiful and bittersweet journey.

It was kind of a bittersweet ending, but a happy one at the same time. It is a sad ending but not a bad ending, for me personally it's satisfying.

Overall I highly highly recommend this fantastic and very entertaining drama series.

Im really angry.at least you can give the watcher little good end for players also..im really regretful i watch. I got attached to caracters! I don't usually watch Chinese dramas, but this one is different and very entertaining. 1. The story makes sense and maintains a strong dramatic tension throughout. 2. The brilliant portrayal of the two main female characters: one, a cold female assassin who learns about love and trust, and the other, a delicate princess who learns about bravery and responsibility. 3. The male lead doesn't look like a good person on the surface, but he's gentle inside and an exceptional team leader. Watching the hero and heroine leading a team adds a special allure to the plot. 4. It's hilarious but also brings tears to your eyes.
