This is actually one of the few series that kept me captivated until the end. The plot is crafted splendidly that allows intense and moments of urgency while including moments of fun and laughters. Moreover, the plot allows for strong character development, as we see a character progress from their initial unfamiliarity with surgery to eventually being able to perform one themselves.

Furthermore, the cgi of surgery are masterfully done, creating a realistic yet disturbling gruesome experience for the audience.

In general this seires is a must-watch for me and will forever stay on my kdrama list.
