A Pleasing comedy filled romantic entertainer !
Nothing special or innovative style of presenting, just Utilizing the Potential of Charm of actors to the perfect level !
Two combos of absolute Fun !one; naslen & mamitha baiju ; their chemistry is fabulous and their comic timing is impressive!
Two naslen & sangeeth prathap ; their friendship bond presented is crazy geniune and chemistry between them is hilarious ; A treat to watch !!!
Music is ok to me , technical sides too fine and Girish AD slowly becoming the master director of comic entertainment ,he delivered another amusing comedy entertainment!
Over all this one surely hit the mark ! Sure shot super hit is loading!

First of all the film isn't boring at all. It might not be relatable for working age youths cause this film would be too cute for them, but perfect for hopeless romantic's at school's, and maybe to an extent for college students.
Naslen who started doing support roles like Dileep through this film might have finally become another main role actor in the industry. Naslen has done his homework very well to establish it well. The moment's where he shows his shyness reminds me as copied from the late actor Innocent, the moment's where he shows his shamelessness and playfulness reminded me of the much younger hustler-type Mohanlal. There were moments of him that reminded me of Dileep's certain reactions to situations in films, and Tovino's when it became a matter of saying things straight but with a Naslen touch. So, he is putting in his effort in creating an appeal with the audience. Mamita was able to convey her role and express the required emotions very well, however, I felt she should have done more to top it, cause it felt very subdued and lacked that bursting energy. She also needs to take care of herself when the truth is that the older actresses in the industry are trying very hard to capture youth. Shyam Mohan, a person whom I haven't seen before or remember seeing in films through this one has definitely become a recognisable actor with the richness of the character he embodied, and I would like to see him in more star-studded films to see if he could give more competitive acting. Sangeeth Prathap also did a recognisable role. Unfortunate casting, and people who had nothing to perform were Meenakshi and Mathew, both of them were added as fillers and it wasn't required for the film. Someone new should have been given the chance, just to expand the roster of actors in the industry. Meenakshi shouldn't have agreed to it, cause it was a role where she wasn't even able to channel her energy into the character.
For me from the moment Devaragam 2.0 was performed, a happy kind of cringe came over me. A very common characteristic of Naslen films. Film is a simple puppy love story, and people who are in it are able to do it in their own terms and freedom is what makes it into a whole story. Only objection that I have is that the Sachin character was going to U. K., a place where no one sensible would go for their studies anymore. I don't know if it would have been more romantic or not if Sachin didn't board the plane. The film could have released with two versions, I believe something like that has been done before, but it was a long time ago. So, there was an opportunity for it in this film.
Overall, it's an enjoyable watch, so I do recommend watching it now through theaters or later through streaming services. A very family friendly film.

Premalu' is an enjoyable watch on the lives of young adults easing into their first jobs and discovering the recently-attained independence of being away from home.
At 156 minutes, Premalu is longer than the average film these days, but it justifies that duration with its engaging narration, even when we are sure of how it will all turn out in the end. The feverish pace set early on never slackens, with scenes shifting constantly and rhythmically, and Vishnu Vijay's music complementing it all. Naslen, Mamitha as well as much of the young cast fit into their roles organically. Premalu is a winner with its fresh, humorous treatment of a run-of-the-mill story.

Brief Review -
A random tale of today's nibba-nibbi, but truly a chuckling comedy! There are two ways to watch this film because it is made for two kinds of audiences. One section is for those who don't care much about storylines and creative ideas and are fans of love stories, maybe because they are sometimes involved in such stories. This section will hail it as a classic romance-hence justifying the use of "nibba-nibbi" in the headline. The second section, which cares a lot about good stories and content-driven films, will get to see a hilarious comedy. I'd include myself in the latter club, but let me tell you, I am not against love stories. I have my own favourites that may not be commercially successful but are great classics. Now, coming back to the comedy.. well, this is a genre for everyone. Nobody dislikes good comedy. Just keep that in mind and enjoy this fun ride that comes with some tiresome cliches. A college boy proposes to a girl, and she rejects it. The boy then falls in love with another girl during the wedding of a friend. I won't call these two things cliches because these things are very relatable and real since they happen a lot. I have seen many of my friends trying to flirt with girls and make friends with them at other friends' weddings or relatives weddings. What happens after that is what I would call tiresome cliches, because I am really tired of watching the same things again and again. Aadhi's character is mad, but damn funny. It went terribly wrong in the last 20-25 minutes, which I didn't really like. Reenu's love took so much time, and I guess it was predictable right from the first scene. The same happens with Sachin, a not-so-intelligent and educated boy-again, the same old cliche. So, there's nothing new but some great laughter. You'd definitely enjoy the fun, if not the boring romance. Nevertheless, thank you for not wasting 2 hours of my life (the other 30 minutes did waste it).

~ The film 'Premalu' directed by Girish AD starring Naslen and Mamitha Baiju is a very fun and enjoyable journey from start to end. The light hearted tone and new generation relatability all makes this a new age comedy entertainer. Naslen and Mamitha Baiju's performances were excellent too , the chemistry between Naslen and Mamitha was nice aswell but the chemistry between Naslen and Sangeeth Pratap (Amal Davis) was just excellent. Their comedic gags really worked well. Another great performance was by Shyam Mohan as the annoying bestie Aadhi who also contributed to the film's humour. Overall Premalu is a fun and care-free entertainer that is sure to make some laughs in the theatre. Good watch.

- AnecdotesDuring the song "Mini Maharani", Reenu says "Dhaba Girls" when she and Karthika stand in front of a highway restaurant. This is a callback to her and director Girish A.D's previous film Super Sharanya, where the the group of the central character and her friends call themselves "Dhaba Girls".
