Most likely no. Keep in mind that at the end, until he gets told that he has another chance, he was going to die through going to The Great Beyond. This means that most likely, any human being who went through Joe's experience wasn't given the same opportunity. Unless a whole lot more people had Joe's exact same experience, but then The Great Beyond and Before would become much more widely believed in.

Moonwind explains that the lost souls are obsessed about something which disconnects them from life. Each of the lost souls were repeating something different, "make a trade" was what the Fund Manager who we briefly see was repeating - as their job is to trade stocks / shares etc.

He died. And because he had such a successful life, he was selected to be one of the mentors. That's why his name is there, cause he has the potential to be a mentor. But, I don't think all the important people who have the potential to come down and mentor an unborn soul, actually do it. Some chose not to do it, while some others like Mother Teresa, Abraham Lincoln, etc, do it. So, more than likely, Dr. Borgensson didn't want to mentor any unborn soul, and his name tag was just left there. Joe Gardner was lucky enough that he took his name tag, instead of taking that of somebody who actually wanted to mentor an unborn soul. As that could've lead to some excessive trouble in the film.
