Bad Reputation

These two "True Lesbian" vignettes appeared in October, just 2 months earlier than this DVD release, on separate VOD issues titled "Her Bad Reputation" and "Even Trade".

The main event is "True Lesbian: Bad Reputation", one of those stories where the fear of marketing "kiddie porn" induces an overreaction, specifically casting actresses too old for their roles, just to be on the safe side. So the girls wearing cute schoolgirl costumes are Jane Wilde, age 23 and April Olsen, age 25 at the time this was shot in 2021. April's elaborate tattooing is also a casting error.

What passes for plot is that Jane has failed to complete her senior year twice already, I guess a gimmick which makes her 20. At any rate, April wants to see how the bad girls live and seduces Jane in a boring vignette that tries to appear romantic.

Sentimental and maudlin at times, "The First Day" is Bree Mills' attempt at presenting heartfelt porn. After delivering thousands of cynical, silly or mean-spirited scenes in her decade as pornographer, it comes off as belatedly sincere but dull.

Jenna Foxx stars as a girl unsure of herself, coming out of the closet. We get repetitious aural flashbacks of the voices of apparently mommy and daddy disapproving.

She keeps trying on clothes to get things just right for her first date as a lesbian and the surprise is that it's with a prostitute, nicely played as a dominating type by Aaliyah Love (who has settled into MILF roles now that she's over 40).

The scene becomes rather pedestrian once the situation has been developed, and leads to a corny "wistful" ending. Trying to portray "real experiences" will only take you so far, Bree is learning.
