Michael Perez-Lindsey does a beautiful job in navigating us through the complicated struggles these two men have been living with their entire adult lives. Not a moment is wasted in this short. I could empathize with the two main characters and was interested in how each of them would respond to the opportunity their deceased friend offered them. The acting was genuine. Perez-Lindsey has done an exceptional job with this short and excited to see what he brings next. Not just a LGBTQ film, just an excellent film! Story about fear, shame, love, and the pursuit of finding your true self. Something every human can relate to. Loved it!

I love this film! It reminded me of the first time I watched the TV show Noah's Arc. I saw myself on the screen and it had a huge impact on my confidence as a young gay man. However, I believe this story is one that anyone can connect with. At its core, it's a story of becoming more comfortable with oneself despite societal expectations in order to find real happiness and love. It's heart-warming AND funny at the same time. Watching this film, I could feel every emotion because who hasn't denied themselves their truth in order to fit in? However, this time, there's a second chance. Will they let it pass them by?
