Ladies Mafia

Set in the 2010s, this was pretty much what I expected it to be, with a little extra charm every here and there. The production quality itself feels to be only a notch above a telenovela, with the acting often a bit stiff, yet the characters all contrast very well together. The story is mainly coherent, even if the motivations don't always quite make sense-- the actors do a decent job of making it believable. Off-putting is how clearly the decade it is set in has already passed, with all the Apple logos and Nickelodeon-style haircuts plus makeup reminding far too much of the iCarly era, which breaks some of the immersion of the fictional world the director builds otherwise. The film could've really used an intense car chase-- if there was one, I've already forgotten it. On a deeper level, this film has a lot to say about the pitfalls of corruption and I only wish that the antihero protagonists had done something more redeeming by the end of the film, though the ending does wrap things up.

THE LOCATIONS are very poor, I really think this movie was very low budget work and very little creativity.

Please the role of the mercenary, who pretended that lousy job, adding that it is impossible to act worse, badly acted shots, bad sound effects, bad soundtrack, this film does not save anything.

The story as such, the way they develop the plot, is more to the costume looks scraggy me, check for more Mexicans to denigrate your people
