Avis à la une
The storyline had potential, but the overwhelming amount of music made it unbearable. This felt more like a musical than a movie, and the songs were neither enjoyable nor necessary. The constant music was so distracting that I couldn't finish it. It seemed more like an attempt to promote the soundtrack than to tell a cohesive story. I hope the creator considers dialing it back in future projects. Too much music, and not the good kind. Did I mention there was way too much music? It overshadowed everything else and ruined the experience. Sorry, but this one missed the mark. This is disappointing.
As the title stated, it has a slow storyline saturated with music I couldn't tell if I was watching a music video or a movie. Definitely could use some improvements with the cameraman and editing. The next movie should have less music and more acting. We were not able to see the actors true talent because the mall, dancing, love scenes were way too long. So to the writer and director, please take your time and make sure it's perfect before it is put out. This movie was a major disappointment. I expected more. I don't see how anyone could rate this a ten. Good luck on the next one. Be blessed..
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS FILM! The music was amazing! I have been searching for the soundtrack to this movie for days now. Please advise as to where I can purchase the song Running Back To You or even the artists name or something.....I have screen recorded it in case I can't find it but sincerely hoping someone can help me out! I've searched multiple platforms and haven't been successful. The movie plot and characters were great. They were all good looking and made the movie enjoyable. This movie could definitely have a part two with one of them getting pregnant and one or both getting divorced and remarried.
"Dexter" (Sebastian Desrosiers) and "Paul" (Jaron Markeece) are best friends. Their wives, "Ashley" (Akeeyla Love) and "Mary" (Java Lee), also happen to be best friends. They spend a lot of time together whenever they get the chance. One night, during a party at Dexter's house, Paul suggests swapping wives for the weekend and shares his idea with Mary. To his surprise, she shows interest in Dexter and agrees to it. Later, when visiting Dexter and Ashley one evening, he brings up the idea, and they all decide to think it over before making a decision. Not long afterward, Dexter and Ashley both agree, and they swap partners for the weekend with a promise not to discuss what happened afterward. The problem, however, is that each of them suddenly feels conflicted about their emotions, setting off a chain of events none of them can control. I won't say more, but this was one of those low-budget films that suffered from all the typical issues associated with productions of that sort. First, none of the actors seemed to show the necessary enthusiasm or passion for their roles. Making things worse, the scenes requiring passion were all performed fully clothed. However, the worst part of this movie was the music that played every 10 minutes or so, which seemed to overshadow everything else. That said, aside from maybe Akeeyla Love's involvement, this film ended up being a waste of time, and I rated it accordingly.
