Lillith & Bert is so delightful to watch. Very absurd and quirky with lots of funny one-liners. Can't expect more from a low-budget short series. If you're in the mood for a quick laugh it's the perfect show.

Lillith and Bert themselves have very good on camera energy, and the guest stars each bring their own fun into the mix. I like that the voice of reason changes per episode, which is similar to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Sometimes the voice of reason is Lillith and sometimes Bert. Sometimes the titular characters are peas in a pod! This ensures that the characters never get stale.

Perfect for fans of HBO-style, grounded-with-a-dash-of-absurdity comedy; Bert and Lilith have an uncanny ability to take a semi-average experience, like a ceiling leak, and insert absurdity without making it cringe.

A lot of the episodes reminded me of the version of NYC that High Maintenance crafted back when it was a web series, in fact I could easily see HM's dealer fitting in with the rotating cast of guest stars.
