Avis à la une
I loved this new ep it was refreshing I also love that we got to see a small remake of the war at marineford. The episode was really refreshing because it shows the many views each character had during the war seeing friends and powerful foes fighting to save/execute ace. There's also the nice moments we all go to witness with the marines debating who's the strongest and the top 3 strongest straw hats were mentioned. Although I was biased against majority of marines because they mostly have the wrong meaning of justice and acts sorely on thier beliefs. I also really loved when the marine was about to run to leave behind his brother but he saw how hard luffy was pushing to save his and immediately turned around to help it was a truly touching moment and I absolutely loved it.
This episode not only showed parallels between side characters and the straw hat crew, but also had an incredible impact on how we and the one piece world views the crew. The characters in this ep are almost sort of metaphors for the viewer, because some individuals have been able to watch one piece and relate the fundamentals of the dynamics into their own lives. It's great to see a Marine love chopper and Luffy for loving hi brother, and a 15 year old girl look up to Nami because of how the world works, because as the viewers we think the same. I think this episode was phenomenal for almost all good reasons: incredible pacing, sound, and animation. This episode encapsulates the viewing experience as well as provides a different perspective on what one piece is truly about.
To put it simple; It's a love letter for long time One Piece fans as myself, the Art, direction, story board, writing and animation is beautiful. The brothers' part mirroring Luffy and Ace (somehow) during Marineford was eaasily my favorite. The mood shifting when this came on left me shook to my core. Plus that monologue with it? Perfect!
And seeing Marineford from the perspective of a normal marine/person was genuinely the best part. It really puts you into perspective just how monsterous characters like Mihawk, Crocodile and the main characters are here. Like they're fighting surrounded by ants, these soldiers are fighting just to stay alive while Mihawk and Crocodile are not worried about dying in the slightest.
Master Piece.

This episode was exceptionally well-written, and the way it brings the civilians to life in just one installment is remarkable. It's a fantastic way to celebrate the 25th anniversary of One Piece. This episode encapsulates what One Piece is truly about: the characters represent ordinary people who work for those in power, often getting caught in the crossfire of their battles and being used as weapons themselves.
One Piece is incredible; it reflects real-life struggles through its animated storytelling. Who would have thought that a seemingly insignificant character in the series could experience such profound moments during a war? This episode illustrates the harsh realities of conflict, not just from the perspective of the powerful, but also from those with mere courage to stand up.
This is peak storytelling.

It is simply great to be able to watch the events from a different perspective than the original work, showing that straw hats have fans everywhere and that they are admired by some people around the world.... I cried a lot when watching and the animation, it's a movie thing! 20 minutes that passed as if it were seconds... Having this view from another perspective brings us the desire to continue seeing everyone's reaction to the other events that happen in the series...my only wish would be for one piece to be known by everyone in the world is a phenomenal anime thank you Magumi Ishitani for doing so much for us that God continues to bless each day more.
