The Traitors Ireland

The best season of the traitor is where you the viewer doubt whether you could have sussed out who a traitor is. Sadly, the Irish-folk are far too predictable when that mantle is placed on them. Part of it is that I think they are far too genuine in their interactions as a people and deception is not really in their DNA.

Like most people said, I have watched all the English (British, Irish, NZ, Australian and American) and Indian versions. And I have to say that the Irish one is the most entertaining atleast till now since they seem to be on it till success or confidence gets to their head. Surely the non celebrity version ones are better than the celebrity versions, just because the celebrity ones becomes about their personal achievements and bloated egos (the Indian one was really hard to watch).

The Irish (and even maybe the British and Nz) one was my favourite to watch because it felt like it had some of the best analysers and game plays whilst not getting personal (mostly) and less unnecessary drama. Surely a good binge watch for the thinkers and an emotional rollercoaster (for me atleast).

It's so relentlessly boring. A totally uninteresting group of people, with an unconvincing presenter that really doesn't make for great television. The formula is a good one, but it seemingly just doesn't transfer to Ireland. And why do they have to swear so much? Worst by far of the English speaking series.

I have seen the Traitors US, NZ, UK, Netherlands, and now the Irish version. The Irish version was by far the most predictable and dull. The last few episodes I was laughing because it was horribly transparent who was going to win this. The winners were being telegraphed from the first few episodes. After the fifth episode and seeing the remaining cast I told my wife exactly who the winners would be. It was absurdly obvious. To throw in a couple of positives I did like the greenery of Ireland, and I liked the host of the show quite a bit.

So overall, dull gameplay, boring and horribly predictable winners, and obvious pandering and favoritism towards certain players made this the worst version of the Traitors so far.

PS In my opinion the Netherlands version is the best I've seen so far. De Verraders. Check it out if you can find it, it's well worth your time!

This isn't the best of traitors. Weren't enough twists to it. The games aren't very exciting and are not done in the same way as other shows do it. The presenter doesn't really add much drama to it. And the worst part is they messed up the ending of it by revealing who the traitors are in the last 5 people going out, which makes it obvious to not doubt anyone else left. You think they would watch the english show to get the format correct.
