Queen of tears is one of my favorite kdrama series. I was so confused about the turkish remake when i heard about it but Hande Ercel truly brought the soul of the character to life! Like she is really SO GOOD?!! Watching Meyra Aksel feels like seeing Hong Hae-in right in front of me... her vibes, the energy she is giving, the gestures = on point. Its 10/10!! The casting was spot on she's honestly the best choice in Turkey for this role! Loved the woman who plays Yeliz Aksel, her energy is unmatched and playing such an iconic character! I did not expect from them to follow the original story this much but they are doing in perfectly! Honesly, can not wait for the upcoming episodes!

Dream couple Hande Ercel and Baris Arduc are back on screen with a new project. This project is an adaptation of the Korean drama Queen of Tears. The plot of the series runs completely parallel to the original in the first episode. Lead actors Hande and Baris are two actors I've always enjoyed watching, and they're incredibly harmonious and perfect in this series. The atmosphere and filming are meticulous, and the cast is superb. Hande is truly stunning, and her looks are truly captivating. Furthermore, the styling and the way the two actors carry off the outfits in the series are a truly captivating story. All in all, I highly recommend watching it; you won't regret it.

An amazing adaptation of the Korean hit Queen of Tears. Hande Ercel is phenomenal with the cold exterior and inner nuances of Meyra, meanwhile their chemistry is the best I saw this season. Rest of the cast is quite strong as well, Senay Gurler is SHINING as Aunt Yeliz, and Selim's family deserve an honorable mention as well. If the quality stays this high, this has the potential of being even better than original by getting in more depth of the emotional plots.

Really heart-touching storyline with lots of dramatic and emotional moments filled with good sense of humor.. Hande and Baris have remarkable chemistry, and perfectly pair up to deliver the feeling of true love. Cinematography, setting, dialogues, pacing are perfect. The director is portraying the story amazingly. I have to mention Hande Ercel- absolutely perfect for this role! She slayed! Her acting, her elegance, her beauty and cold stance which speaks louder than screaming and crying! She will make you feel all her feelings.. This drama literally have everything types of emotion. I love it!!

Because it's a K-drama adaptation, Love and Tears is an extraordinary drama that breaks free from the routines of classic Turkish series. Hande Erçel, who plays Meyra, perfectly captures the character's inner fragility while appearing cold and unapproachable. While the male character in the original series was written with malicious intent and underhandedness, Selim, played by Baris Arduç, in the Turkish version, is a warm and empathetic character. The domestic violence, love triangles, and immoral relationships common in Turkish series are absent from this series. Love and Tears is the story of genuine human relationships, a pure love that unites and strengthens despite the challenges of life and the machinations of malicious individuals. I highly recommend watching this series.
