Many law dramas are just that, dramas. So I really wasn't interested. I had just finished reading "Spare" and purely out of curiosity and not wanting to watch a full movie I decided to tune in before DWTS came on. WOW! THIS is so much more! Sassy, intelligent, funny, sophisticated, interesting characters, totally entertaining and with Top notch acting, I was hooked after the first 1/2 hour. It's always an added pleasure when you recognize actors you've enjoyed before. New favorite show. And for some ridiculous reason I'm required to use 600 words to express my delight or dismay, so let's just flesh this out and move on please.
Why are the POC given the negative words first? I want to know if the results would be the same if you associated white people with the negative words first. I think the hesitance on the second half is affected by the brain having to quickly shift to an alternate solution and the anxiety experienced as the result of concern of being labeled racist as you realize that all the negative words are repeatedly being associated with POC. The test should be done both ways AND with random switches. Then I feel the results would be more accurate. I applaud the efforts that this issues takes all of us, whether we think it does or not.
