When I first started this show I thought that it would be very boring. I thought the first episode was not bad but not great and I was not really to interested in the characters. Although that changed throughout the show as I grew to really love the characters and I did not who to root for as each character reasons for what they did could be put up for debate. This shows highlights some very sensitive topics so if you do not like that don't watch it. If you don't mind that you should watch it as it is a very good show. The only problem that I had was that I thought that the ending was that good. The ending was not good but not bad it was just alright. Overall a would recommend this series to watch.

For me hit monkey is a good show. It got all of the stuff you want in a superhero show like a good story, good characters and good fight scenes at least that's what it had for the first season. To me when I watched the first episode of season 1 I was so hooked. I mean who does not want to see a monkey killing gang members in the streets of Tokyo at night I mean it just looks so cool. The first season is definitely amazing it's just the second season for me was a bit disappointing. I thought that after watching the first season I was about to see a great second season to conclude the story but I got half of that. The start of season 2 was very boring to me as I did not like the new characters and new story that they introduced. It only got redeemed in the end near the last few episodes you had great fight scenes and what was for me a great conclusion to the story. Overall I think if you are going to watch this you should come into it not expecting two amazing seasons as you are only getting one. I would give it a low 8/10.
