Her last credit as actress is voicing Evelyn Gale in Lost in Oz (2015) (episode Lost in Oz: Extended Adventure (2016)), previous to her implication in the cult sect Nxivm (pronounced as 'Nexium'), usually stylized as NXIVM. On April 20, 2018, Mack was arrested charged of sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit forced labor while she was working for the cult, as Nxivm's founder Keith Raniere's was arrested one month prior by the same charges. On 2019 Mack was pleaded guilty to racketeering and racketeering conspiracy. She publicly apologized by her crimes in the media, and she was condemned to three-years sentence. After she was released on July 3, 2023, she retired from acting and she retired from the public life also.
