Lost in Oz: Extended Adventure (2016)), prior to her involvement with the cult organization Nxivm (pronounced "Nexium"), commonly stylized as NXIVM. On April 20, 2018, Mack was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit forced labor while affiliated with the group. Nxivm's founder,
Keith Raniere, had been arrested one month earlier on similar charges. In 2019, Mack pleaded guilty to racketeering and racketeering conspiracy. She later issued a public apology for her actions and was sentenced to three years in prison. After her release on July 3, 2023, Mack retired from acting and withdrew from public life.
