Appeared in the Broadway shows "Shenandoah" with John Cullum and "So Long, 174th Street" with Robert Morse, as well as the pre-Broadway run of "Cowboy" with Gary Sandy. Has been in more than one hundred television commercials.
From 1987 to 1994, played one of the very few adult, live-action,
children's heroes on national TV as George Frankly in PBS's "Mathnet".
"Mathnet" was a serial parody of Dragnet (1951), shown in the context of a
larger series called Square One TV (1987), and was the most popular program produced
by Childrens Television Workshop since "Sesame Street". "Mathnet" had a cult
following among adults and college students.
