I've seen many low budget independent films but this has to be one of the worst. Not just a few bad actors, but everyone is wholly without talent. The dialog is stiff and forced with absolutely no realism. I keep picturing this as a play, but even most stage actors could pull off performances better than this ensemble.
How the director, and those producing this film, could have gone through the entire process of making this picture and not realize it had no spark, whatsoever, is completely beyond me.
Edward D. Wood Jr.'s "Plan 9 From Outer Space" is always touted as the worst film ever made, yet I have always found it charming and entertaining.
"Western World" truly is in the category of horrendously awful and most worthless films ever!

I haven't seen acting this bad since my 3rd grade class play. And who wrote that ridiculously cobtrived dialogue? It is supposed to be a western but plays better as a comedy.
While making his rounds one morning in the town of Dogwood Pass of Wyoming Territory, "Sheriff Tom Ramey" (Darrell P. Miller) is hurriedly summoned to a nearby hotel where he is told that a man has just been shot and killed. Sure enough, after arriving on the scene Sheriff Ramey notices a young man by the name of "Danny Holt" (Justin Rose) standing over a dead body with a Colt .45 in his hand. It is then that he learns that Danny killed the man in an effort to protect a woman named "Camille Tammery" (Amanda Miller) from being physically abused by her former husband. Left with no other choice, the sheriff arrests Danny and takes him to the jail to await the arrival of a U.S. marshal who will escort him to Laramie to stand trial. To everyone's surprise, "Marshal Moses White" (Christopher Rowley) not only arrives the very next day but also doesn't seem convinced that Danny is the person responsible for the crime. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this was a very low budget film which suffered from rather poor camera technique and mediocre acting. It did, however, have an interesting plot which featured enough mystery to keep my attention from start-to-finish. That being said, while this clearly wasn't a great Western by any means, I didn't think it was necessarily that bad either and for that reason I have rated it accordingly. Slightly below average.
In a nut shell this is not worth any ones time. I would not say it was bad acting but rather they can not act. I am sure that your children's school play would be better than this production.
The story line is very slow and none captivating in the least. For the scenery it is mediocre and not really used in the story line.
The only good thing about the production is that they gave people a job and chance to earn some money.

Curious that anyone can make a movie in 2017 with an entire cast of bad actors. A random bunch of homeless people off the streets of LA could be more convincing that this lame cast of characters. Add a script that barely makes sense except when its trite, and a worthless story line, and you have one of the worst movies ever made.
