Katherine Ryan: In Trouble

That was a disgrace for stand up history. It's not the misogynistic trolls that gave the bad reviews . The reason for that was that it was horribly pointless and unfunny. As a woman who was unfortunate enough to born and live in a middle eastern fascist dystopia and as someone who tries to survive and protect my mental health by escapism on the internet -through vpn mostly-, I'd rather watch the usual censored propaganda news that are full of hatred, blood and pain than to endure this mess. At least they make me laugh hysterically by making me clinically insane.

Worst thing ever.

I loved watching this on Netflix! She was just too funny, cool and smart and her show was pretty awesome, there were moments i couldn't stop laughing. I highly recommend it.

Having watched your face or mine with Katherine Ryan, I find her very funny so decided to give her Netflix program a go. I first saw her standing next to Jimmy Carr on your face or mine, you could see Katherine Ryan was funny in a non offensive way, unlike Jimmy Carr who achieves laughs, by making fun of others on the show . Due to this, I thought her stand up comedy would be very funny and it was. Yes some could find her jokes slightly offensive, but most of them are based around her true life experiences, and not just picking someone out and laughing at them, as such. Obviously her jokes are very mild, unlike some comedians she has worked with in the past. Like Frankie Boyle, who is funny, but just pushes it too far. Katherine Ryan says things that could offend, then does a cheeky sweet girl smile and gets away with it :)

Really how is it many comedians have great original material and yet we get mass marketed junk with jokes as old as Moses from no-talents like Ryan? her audiences are over pretty old too when you scan the shots of the venue. Oh and people are leaving the US to go to Canada? Actually there is more migration from Canada to the US than visa versa the last two years

You can leave 1 star reviews all you want while she lives her best life and plans her next special. You'll still be you, and she'll still be awesome. Get it, girl!
