The World's Funniest Weather

We love watching this show...kind of!! The videos are hilarious!! BUT, host Jodie Miller & her AWKWARD "Look at ME!!.. I think I'm a HOT 'Pin-up' model!! Watch me pose!" positions before AND after EVERY clip & ESPECIALLY at the end of each show, ARE ABSOLUTELY IRRITATING!! She's trying WAY TOO HARD to look like she's sexy! It's AWFUL AND SOOOOO ANNOYING! She's NOT good at it! Just have her announce the clips WITHOUT her lame poses!! She's even starting to annoy the men who watch! Again, the videos are GREAT! But, her attempts to be like Betty Grable or Marilyn Monroe are a complete joke & pushing viewers away!! There are NUMEROUS other shows that follow this same type of 'funniest videos' idea, & viewers WILL quickly switch channels to watch those shows BECAUSE they DON'T have such an annoying host!! Look how many decades AFV has been on & it's still going strong! NONE of the long-running hosts have EVER been fake, nor annoying, like Jodie Miller! Have good hosts & people tune in...but use someone who obviously 'overacts' & viewers leave..no viewers, no ratings! No ratings no show!!

We NEVER willingly watch this show because Jodi Miller is painfully annoying and the events captured appear at least six times per episode. We were like AGAIN? REALLY?

The only reason we watched the last three episodes is because we had our DVR set to record new episodes of Funny You Should Ask, which we love! My son said disguising it was probably the only way the network could get people to watch it.

We love Byron Allen, most of the comedians on Funny You Should Ask and realize Jodi has also appeared on the show. She's tolerable in miniscule doses, but that coy behavior would be better received if she were a five-year-old. It doesn't suit her and looks ridiculous.

The title should really be "World's funniest fails." It has nothing to do with weather at all with a few exceptions like using clips from the occasional mistake from a meteorologist on live television

Half of the time it's just people getting straight up hurt and injured

The audience's laughter is also fake and they use sound effects to either make it funnier or trying to add to the comedic effect, who knows in all honesty. In reality, it just makes it even cringier.

Some episodes there's nothing even weather related on except the jokes the hosts make with a weather forecast background in it.

The clips are easily an 8/10 but... Jody Miller! She looks eery bit her age and she's acting like a teenager. I can't decide if she thinks she's being cute, if she thinks she actually fooled the producers into thinking she's 25 but it's cringeworthy when a viewer can't help but feeling embarrassed on her behalf.

I imagine a bitter woman when the cameras are off, and she's home being a real, angry self. The character she plays as host is humiliating for her. There's a way to be funny and likeable at any age, no need to attempt to pass as 30 years younger. I can only imagine the bitter younger females saying "HEY! I auditioned for that! Why does granny get the job?!"

The clips are weather-related videos. It's a fun time to forget your problems for half an hour while visiting others'. But I really don't get why people laugh at seeing others get hurt (and pretty badly at that: hope everyone who laughs at someone falling down concrete stairs into asphalt gets their just desserts, see how funny it is.)

It's very hard to rate. On one hand, you don't want to give it the 3/10 the hostess deserves for her unfunny and self-humiliating shtick, because you don't want the show cancelled. On the other hand, you don't want to give it the 9/10 the clips deserve (or 8 or 10/10) because you don't want to encourage the prods to keep that annoying chick! And she's no bird: she's over the hill and past her expiration date!

So how do I rate this? Perhaps a 5/5 will get their attention: get rid of the woman, replace by a man like Bill the cartoon curator and call it a night. 5/5 for unfunny hostess.

I just recently discovered the show on weather channel in the middle of the night and decided I'd record the line up and watch them when nothing else interesting was on......So I've watched enough of them to know that the videos are entertaining at last resort but the host they have Jodi is annoying, if they ever bring back the other show "Worlds Dumbest" then they would have her on that show with the stars making fun of her.....and further more she would be in the number 1 spot for worlds dumbest.

I thought we moved past women acting like bimbos without brains?

Its almost like someone just now found out how to use a green screen and wants to use it for everything they create. Its really quite awful.
