Downtown

It's and '99 recap of the decade. Almost is a parody for the 90s its self. But nostalgic none the less. Cool animation, everyday bs situation, fun trip back to the last great decade.

I'm not going to accuse of MTV of being stupid, whats the point? Its like saying the sun is hot, we all know it.

I love Downtown, there's nowhere near enough info and praise for the show on the web, yes there were only 13 episodes and OK you have a point that its a pretty old show but it deserves it all the same.

Someone said that there is not a single bad episode, I agree, and to add to this there is not a single episode which is not great.

The most realistic characters in a TV show in a very long time and their animated, go figure.

i watched it a couple of days ago on mtv2.i can't believe such a creative,intriguing and addictive piece of work got cancelled.it's a rarity to come across a show that has not had at least ONE bad episode.well here it was.it's any wonder how shows like daria and beavis and butthead managed to out live this.

downtown uses the abstract imagery to emphasis the stories and thoughts being had.this unique style just added more to it's appeal.it's a shame that mtv did not put as much advertising into this as they do other shows.given half the chance i'm sure it would of secured a strong and devoted following.

The way I see things, "Downtown" is a beautiful rare gem. I gotten into this show earlier this morning & I enjoyed watching it so much that I would wanna watch it forever. I especially like how realistic the dialogue amongst the characters sound, the animation style is beautiful, the episodes are interesting & above all else, it's really underrated due to the fact that MTV cancelled it after 13 episodes for unknown reasons. It is also a shame I was NEVER alive to watch the show back when MTV used to air it but I can honestly say that I am so happy I got a chance to try "Downtown" during this Easter & I regret absolutely nothing when it comes to watching it.

Great show about a group of twenty-something friends living in New York City and the adventures they endure.

Watched this show when I was fifteen and I hadn't seen it since until one day I remembered the title and searched for the torrent. Now I have all 13 episodes and watch them all the time.

I wish there was a way to petition MTV for the show, but I doubt many people still remember.
