The Peace Tree

I recently watched a preview of "The Peace Tree." World Children's Choir is scheduling community events that include international documentaries of interest to children and their family members. "The Peace Tree" is a fabulous movie for all ages,and will be the first film in the series. Watching the children do their very best to lead their Christian and Muslim parents to understanding, respect, and friendship brought tears to my eyes. WCC singers have already started making multi-cultural, international ornaments for the choir's Peace Tree. We are singing The Peace Tree Song, and work from The Peace Tree curriculum begins in January 2010. Congratulations and thank you to film maker and songwriter Mitra Sen!
