Cute and fun, almost like a Pixar short

This is a great little animation about a stapler chasing a sheet of paper around, like a cat and mouse (although the stapler acts more like an over excited puppy). It's got excellent music too, a fast jazzy tune with some great drum solos.

What's most amazing, however, is how the film was made. I spoke with the director at the Hollywood Film Festival after the screening, and he told me the whole film was made using office equipment. The sound effects are all made with stationery and the film was rendered on four old office computers which the filmmakers borrowed.

You can see the animation was inspired by many of the great short films by Pixar, but the fact that people were comparing it to them should tell you something about the quality. Well worth watching.
