Blood of Zeus

Really enjoyable and a great story. I started watching just to give it a try and ended up watching the 2 seasons in a short period. I liked the development of characters and how the story evolves in each episode.

It worth the time and the hype. Provides a different perspective of the mythology as a I never have seen it before. The episodes are relatively short they last between 28-35 mins each, so I could be watched in a weekend

If you just want to watch a fun, different and enjoyable anime this is the right one. I don't have high standards my last anime was ATLA and is the best TV show for me that have ever existed.

If you like any type of mythology this needs to be your choice. One of the best animated series that i have watch. Incredible animations ,story and even the dialogues are amazing. It isn't the typical animated series because it contains a lot of violence so if yo don't like blood, war and some other sensitive things this isn't for you. The story is very original because doesn't take other previous ( Like Heracles or Perseus) stories to make the principal story, it obvious appears gods, titans and creatures that complement the trama. I really enjoyed watching this series and i hope you can enjoy too.

This show takes a lot of liberties- yes- but season 1? So so fun. The animation, the superb attention to detail is just phenomenal. Especially, especially- loved season 1!!!

Season 2... okay, things got a bit weird. I still appreciated a lot of the plots, and yes, I watched it when it first came out so it's been a while. But I do remember that: the pacing was a bit odd.

Season 3: a lot! Wow. A lot is happening. And I wish it had been longer or that we'd gotten a fourth season...

I enjoyed this show! Yes, at times, the pacing felt odd. I'm so over Netflix giving us 8 episodes for HUGE stories like this and either; cancelling it, or not giving the writers enough time to expand on it as beautifully as possible. I felt that it was the latter case for this show.

But! All of that criticism: don't let it deter you. It was a really fun watch. I think the creators are the same from Castlevania? If you like tradition, and retelling of myths, maybe don't watch this? But if you love watching shows which were clearly made with so much attention, plot twists, and just are... really, really reallyyyy cool... watch this.

It's not perfect, but what really is.

Animation is good enough.

Art is quite good.

Plot is great.

The story and mythology are good, though the mythology is not traditional. (Which makes it better for me).

Lots of cool characters from gods, demigods, monsters, titans, giants.

Cool places like Olympus and the under world.

All the characters and places, designs are well done.

Blood of Zeus is purely for adults, so if your favorite anime's are One piece, Avatar the last air bender, Naruto or something along the likes of these, it may not fit as well with you.

There is no funny bubbly stuff or annoying characters.

It will sit better, if your favorite anime's are Ninja scroll, vampire hunter D, castelvania, ghost in the shell, and anime like these,

It's certainly entertaining.

The main character is a bit of a Gary stu but the portrayal of the Olympian gods and the twists/additions to the mythology are refreshing. Highly recommend to those who enjoy Greek mythology
