Made a change from Nordic and French shows that we watch a lot of. Not quite up there with the very best, but good none the less. Decent story, acting and production.

The people leaving negative reviews are either children with the attention spans of flies, or morons too stupid to read subtitles. It's very well written, acted, and directed.

This series is really good and it even caused us serious binge watching. Luckily, it was weekend anyway. We started but could not switch off. It was all to good and to exciting. The suspense was "killing us". LOL

Luxembourg - surely not known for fab film making - did something really good here. We enjoy these hours in from of Netflix very much. Those are short episodes anyway. (each 30 minutes)

I truly recommend this murder mystery series. That's why I gave it such high rating. Probably the best I've seen from Luxembourg ever. LOL

The plot is ludicrous. There are giant holes in the story that make it totally impossible to get into the narrative. The investigator seems unwilling to follow up any clues. He runs around like on steroids, but insists on not following up any leads. The subplot seems weird and even there, there is a huge hole in the premise of the story.

That being said I enjoyed the filming, atmosphere and scenery, so I watched all of it. The language is fun to listen to.

Enjoyable show so far, still in progress. Acting is very good overall: generally understated performances. Interesting to see a show from Luxembourg. Good use of comedic moments in early episodes, which add variety/interest.

Obviously, you have to ALWAYS watch a show or movie in its original language and turn on subtitles if you want to appreciate whatever it has to offer.

I imagine most of the people complaining about bad acting are watching a dubbed version. Either that, or the only kind of "good acting" they are aware of is typical, over-the-top American histrionics. If that's what you like, then why not stick to watching only American shows.

One unexpected bonus is that each episode is only a half-hour.

Just finished the series. Didn't understand the ending, but oh, well. Not the first time that has happened!
