Body of Night

It's like a junior college production of 50 Shades of Grey, written by 8th graders. The lead guy is a scrawny short dude and the girls are 2-3's out of 10, at best. Very cheap looking, plot is non-existant, acting is awful. Who rated this is a 10??

Its a low quality, low budget, a very cliched womans hunt for the big big love, or eventually a rich sugardaddy that can replace her current hopeless white boyfriend. the body of night are not romantic, funny or serious at all. its the clockworking search on the orange clockworking internet to find good money and good sex , including some sore advice from her i guess divorced mum. the whole sha-la-la gives no satisfaction to look at or listen to. the score are slow hiphop/randb, the typical choice for an africanamerican filmaker. will the grumpy old man have a second look, definately not

Seriously? 8.2? I was expecting something to blow me away with such a rating but could only get through half of it. The actors seem to have no range and little talent beyond the B-movie range. The BDSM seems entirely unrealistic as does the entire premise of the film. The sound track seems not to fit as well. I'm sorry that I could not be more positive.

It's just an entertaining movie, nothing more nothing less. I did feel like the editing could have been a little better as the plot seemed a little dragged out towards the middle. It's still one of those movies you can watch on a boring night. Loved the cast and the storyline. Good effort, well done.

This is by no means a 8.3 movie (as of July 6 2020), I smell foul play here. This review will probably never make it online :(
