Secrets of the Zoo: Tampa

This is a must watch from Disney Channel.

It is not too cerebral and truly educational, loving, amusing, relaxing. It is environmental and simply heartwarming.

The spotlight is on the animals in the zoo as well as on the devoted caretakers who literally create a sanctuary not only in terms of the physical zoo structures but in terms of the generous love and attentive care they bring to their animals.

It also gives hope for the future of endangered animal species. I wish zoos as well managed as this are present in more countries.

Great storytelling from the series creators. There is so much talent here and heart.

This is one of the best animal shows I've seen on Nat Geo, and I've watched many of them. The diversity of animals this zoo has is pretty amazing - honestly, I didn't know that all of these species even existed before watching this, and I could watch them all day.

The storytelling is solid and not overbearing. The humans on the show are pretty cool too, and exude a genuine, positive energy. Def worth a peek and I hope they keep making new seasons.

This was so fascinating to watch. I learned so much about so many different animals. I could honestly just sit and watch this show for hours. I came across this show by accident when flipping one day and it's so engaging that I was shocked to see how long I had actually been watching it. This Zoo is amazing and how they rescue and release, as well as how much the staff cares for all the different animals and loves the personalities of each one is so cool. My family loves to visit zoos and aquariums on trips and we are now planning our next trip to include a visit to Zoo Tampa at Lowry park. I have fallen in love with some of these animals and hope to get a chance to see them in person.
