And You Call Yourself a Christian

I enjoyed the movie. Something about the lead character definitely made me emphasize with her and had me curious about how exactly things would end up for her. There were times when the pace of the movie was a little slower than I like, but whenever I felt like that, there was a new plot twist introduced that pulled me back in. I also really enjoyed the humor that was in the movie. If I had to pick a favorite character, it would probably be the birth-mother's boyfriend. I could really relate to his character. Overall, the movie was worth the rental cost.

I was reeled in by the title. The story line is excellent , but - with no disrespect - the acting is exceptionally poor, and leaves much to be desired. The emotions should be raw and portrayed as such, yet it seems staged and underperformed. There are too many pauses to think what to do next. This made me switch off the movie, before I even reached the end, to end my misery and to presume how it ends. Perhaps it is most everyone's first time acting here. For the rest who do seem to pull their weight in the film, their contribution is way too small to make a difference. I would like to see this masterpiece redone to discover it's true glory. Call me when this happens. I would like a front seat.

An excellent movie with a very good meeting. Get your tissues out because you will need them. I usually don't watch low budget movies but this one is worth the watch. Desiree Henry does an excellent job as Eleonora. It's a faith based movie but there is a lesson to be learned. If you feel like a really good movie I suggest this one. It's on Tubi which is free. Not a lot of commercials.

Each one of these actors should get recognition. But because of Hollywood some of the best movies are ignored. This is one that should have been produced by a major label like Paramont or Columbia. But in other words it's just a good movie.
