Before the works of Mr. Salt had impacted my life, I was a weak, innocent, and unmotivated simpleton. I strived for nothing more than the mundane and ordinary, going through the motions of life without any sense or purpose. However, on the fateful night I watched this series, I had a truly out of body, and eye opening experience. I realized how much more there is to life. This video showed me how even mundane things can be captivating, and thoughts consumed me. Thoughts on how I could make my mundane life worth something imprtant. So I did. As soon as the video ended, I liked, commented my gratitude, subscribed, and signed up for a 3 month volunteer trip to help those in 3rd world countries. When I arrived I felt good, like I had changed, and I was making and impact on the world. When I returned however, this feeling faded away, the motivation I had before dwindled like the dying fire that warmed the house of my childhood. So I watched this master piece again, and felt summoned by Mr. Salt to do more. So I sold my house to the homeless, my car to those without one, and gave my job to one who was poor, sold all my food to the hungry, and moved to Ukraine where I am currently without food and a home, but simply do not care because instead of comfort and luxury, my motivation to help those in trouble is what gives me happiness. I have never been more happy in all of my life, and feel as if I have purpose. I am forever thankful Mr. Salt, truly, truly thankful.
