Quem é Cézar?!

The story of the film was written after Antonio, the director of the film, received a phone call of a woman who claimed he had tried to kill her mother. According to her, her mother had heart diseases, and Antonio had called her to give her bad news, to cause a heart attack. Months later after this incident, it was discovered that the woman was a pathological liar.
