This show has a 4.7 rating on 144 votes, yet all the " reviews" are all 10s. There was a bad review on here at one time but it was removed. The whole thing smacks of pandering.

Informative with great segments, hosts and topics. Definitely worth a watch.

This is a great show. There is a lot to learn and this is a good start. I am learning lot about African American people and about myself. I also continue to learn about people who will never learn anything as evidenced by the "1' star. It is sad that there are still people out there who think like this person.

Every week it just keeps getting better and better. This show is beautifully shot, executed and presented. The stories are so amazing and I learn something new every week. I hope ABC turns it into a weekly series. It's not just black history, it's American history. So well done.

Terrible series and what's worse ABC airs trans propaganda saturday morning during what used to be cartoon time to infect our youth with the social contagion that is eroding society. Entirely lopsided, does not show any of the youth that detransitioned or were disappointed with extreme decisions that were made during their dysphoria. Full of even internal inconsistencies. They state that trans is common and always has been and then in a later segment they show the different GEN's and how it has gone from 3% to teens to now almost 20% of the youngest generation identifying as LGBTQ. They definitely have no interest in telling 2 sides of the story and every interest in painting traditionalists as outdated haters. Gets a little old ABC.
