Besides best actors you can have in the market and good storyline, it still have major lack of charisma.

It starts with a great potential and powerful storyline and you will watch episode after episode and enjoy the class of acting by these well respected actors and actresses and the new genre of storyline that makes you feel you need to watch this piece but after a certain point, it will start to loose all of that charm of the story and the only thing that makes you watch it until the end, is the talent that is in the series.

For me it's just having same problem as the rest of the persian movies.

It's just not good enough! It's having too much margin and the main story is getting lost.

This tv show really surprised me ! Navid Mohammadzade is a really talented actor and he has a lot to offer ! We saw him on " The Frog" , Or movies like just 6.5 , we all know he s the best, really trust me !

Get back to "Actor" , idea of tv show is perfect and i promise you haven t seen anything like this before ! Acting, wow, actors act really really well and the make you to believe in them and ther lives. Series will surprise you any momment that you don t expect to be surprised ! I promise you,just watch Episode 1, your mind blows up and you ll count second and minutes till next episode ! Ahmed Mehranfar and Navid are really awsome ! I don t know the Afghan guy name but he is great too. And this serie is a good-make serie, it s diffrent from another iranian dumb series, trust me Just watch it.

"Actor," the latest series from Nima Javidi, is a pretentious and frustrating mess that squanders its intriguing premise and talented cast. This self-indulgent series, which follows two struggling theater actors living in an abandoned theater, is a tiresome exercise in style over substance.

The show's biggest flaw lies in its meandering and pointless plot. Despite the interesting setting of an abandoned theater, "Actor" fails to build any engaging storylines. Instead, it gets lost in endless scenes of aimless wandering, pointless conversations, and pretentious attempts at symbolism. The series lacks focus and direction, making it a chore to watch.

Furthermore, the characters are poorly developed and unrelatable. Ali and Morteza, the two leads, are frustratingly shallow and unsympathetic. Their motivations are unclear, and their constant whining and self-pity become tiresome quickly. The supporting cast fares no better, as they are relegated to one-dimensional caricatures with little to offer.

Javidi's direction is equally disappointing. His overreliance on slow-motion shots, long takes, and pretentious visual flourishes adds nothing to the story. Instead, it only serves to highlight the series' lack of substance. The pacing is glacial, and the overall tone is relentlessly bleak and depressing.

Even the technical aspects of "Actor" fail to impress. The cinematography is flat and uninspired, the editing is choppy and incoherent, and the score is forgettable. The production values are surprisingly low for a series from a director of Javidi's caliber.

Overall, this TV series is a misguided and frustratingly pointless series that fails to deliver on its intriguing premise. It is a self-indulgent mess that squanders its talented cast and pretentious direction. Avoid this one unless you enjoy watching paint dry.

The series has an atmosphere that reminds us of the sweetness of various parts of the theater, including rehearsals, make-up, stage design, lighting, problems in live performances, etc.

The One-sidedness of form and content is one of the main strengths of the series, and according to the opening sentence of the series, it creates atmosphere well.

The music is very pleasant, timely and relaxing

Acting, lighting, stage design and are all so great.

But the only weak point of the work is its slow speed, which, considering Nima Javidi's brilliant career in film works, seems to be due to his lack of experience in making series.
