Wild Harvest

Wow this show is awesome. Incredibly lowkey and relaxing, yet incredibly interesting to those interested in nature and it's bounty. I hadn't so much as considered foraging until I watched this! Back in 2020 after watching the first season I began noticing wild plants that I recognized les foraging (Lambs quarters, rosehips etc) and picking them to eat truly deepened my connection with nature and how humans used to survive. Once you start foraging you gain a much keener eye in the woods and will start to spot things that you would have otherwise never even noticed. The icing on the cake is that chef paul takes these woodland flavours and turns them into delightful meals. Such a joy to watch and I'm baffled that this show isn't more popular. Thanks Les! Please keep making more seasons of this.
