Late Night Mash

Very funny show! Love Nish & Rachel Parris & delighted to see the mash report back on a new channel. Seems to me the majority of negative reviews are snowflake Daily Mail/Express readers the show is poking fun at. Hope the rest of the season holds up as well as episode 1!

The satire is non existent and this is an old format done badly. An achievement in itself! I don't care about the political bias but I am very old fashioned when it comes to perceived comedy vehicles. They have to be funny. This is unfunny to the point that some viewers may become distressed. Half an hour of life you will never get back. Avoid at all costs!!

There are a lot of ticked boxes but very few laughs.

It's a late night satirical show mocking current affairs and you can tell from some of the other reviews that they have found it provocative and therefore it's done its job.

They've had some great guests such as Ahir Shah, Geoff Norcott, Michael Spicer, Rosie Jones and plenty more besides.

The standout moment of this series for me was Rachel Parris segment on misogyny in episode 7. She did such a great job that it made many of the national news sites.

I was honestly surprised that Dave entered the political arena, especially with such an unfunny and contrived manor. There is a reason the BBC is losing so many viewers, and it looks like Dave is keen to follow.
