The first time Danny shows up at the house Dani is trying to sell, he says he just happened to come across it and didn't know she was the agent selling it. Dani doesn't challenge that. But in an earlier scene (and in a later one) there is a shot of the "For Sale" sign with her name in big letters at the top of the sign. She knew what the sign looked like, so she would not have believed that he didn't know who the selling agent was. But she accepted what he told her as true.
